• The free ski bus stops right outside our aparthotel and brings our guests in just 5 minutes to the bottom station of the Penkenbahn, Horbergbahn and Ahornbahn ski lifts.
• 53 state-of-the-art lift facilities and 133 kilometres of slopes covering all levels of difficulty (blue, red, black) offer everything that winter sports enthusiasts could ever wish for.
• The Harakiri Piste, with a 78% gradient, is Austria’s steepest ski slope
• Boarders and free skiers can make use of the Vans Penken Park which, with 6 different areas, offers something to suit every ability
• The White Lounge on the Ahorn mountain offers a combination of an Igloo Bar, an Igloo Hotel and a chill-out area

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING

The village of Mayrhofen offers a total of four different routes for sprinting and skating. Three of them are floodlit in the evening.

TOBOGGANING

If you feel like trying your hand at tobogganing once more and, together with your kids, whizzing down a slope or a track, then here in the Zillertal valley you’ll be spoilt for choice. For example you can walk up to the Gasthof Wiesenhof tavern and then sledge down the natural toboggan run. Or you can pay a visit to Gerlosstein and experience the longest floodlit natural toboggan run which covers a distance of 7 km!

SNOWSHOEING

Experience the untouched winter landscape and pristine, virgin snow. Experienced mountain guides can show you the best routes and also offer snowshoes for hire.
