GENERAL INFORMATION::

Prices quoted are per apartment, per night incl. all taxes and duties and local taxes.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
We kindly ask you to transfer the down payment within 6 days into the given bank account.

The reservation is only valid after receipt of the down payment. We kindly request that you pay your hotel invoice during your stay here, or in advance into our bank account. Bank transfers can be made free of charge within the EU. We are happy to accept debit cards/credit cards (Maestro, EC, Visa, MasterCard)

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Cancellations are only valid when given in writing.

Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. Cancellation costs: For cancellations made three months or more before the date of arrival no cancellation fee is charged. Cancellations made 3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival incur a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the total package price, cancellations made 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the total package price, and should you cancel during the last week before the booked date of arrival a charge of 90% of the total package price will be invoiced to you.

NON-SMOKING HOTEL:
Please note that in the apartments and throughout the hotel smoking is not permitted.
